What's up? Is MineSweeper trivially easy for you? Flick your resolution up to 1280x1024 (or better) and click here.

Instructions

To start with, just click on one of those little squares (any one will do, but just one for now) with the left mouse button. That square is now revealed to you; you have "stepped" on that square. A square which has a number on it indicates that there are mines around that square. That's the mines that go bang, not the other sort. The number on the square tells you how many of the adjacent squares are "mined". Adjacent squares are any that are touching, even if only diagonally.

The idea of the game is to reveal all of the unmined squares, and to "mark" all of the mined ones. Without stepping on any mines that is, or the game's over. A square can be marked using the right mouse button (you'll see a little flag appear). Click again with the RMB to change your mind.
